Shooting Steel at the Pro-Am Florida 2013 :D

I had a blast shooting the ProAm in Florida, Phil Strader runs the FUNNEST steel shooting competition ever! I used my TTI Glock 34. Par time for Limited Division was 20 seconds. Everyone (no matter the division) is limited to 10 round mags.

My First Rifle Match

Taran Butler VS. Bob Vogel

Taran Butler & Bob Vogel face off in the Fastest Duel Shooting Steel! Now this is what I call a steel challenge!!! Taran Butler & Bob Vogel are both World Champion, Grand Master shooters. They have both been featured as experts on the History channel's TV show "Top Shot." Taran Butler specializes in 3-gun (pistol/rifle/shotgun) competitions. And Bob Vogel specializes in pistol. Because of their demanding schedules it's rare that they ever get the chance to fool around at the range with someone of equal skill, so when they met up this day... like 2 bad asses rolling into the same small town, they obviously had to do what all men MUST do ...THEY DUELED! All in good fun. :)

Shooting my Taran tactical Glock 34! :D

I sent my Glock 34 to Taran Tactical Innovations for a total overhaul! They did a trigger job, full wrap around grip job, added a stainless steel guide rod with reduced weight recoil spring, & added the new TTI front fiber optic sight & TTI rear sight. I plan to do a more thorough review of my TTI Glock 34, my M&P9, and my Sig 229 after I get more range time with it.

Getting DISQUALIFIED from my 1st USPSA Match

It's been exactly 1 year since my very first shooting lesson, so I decided to make a little video... :D facing the camera for once... and share my most memorable moment from the year --getting disqualified! I started competing 6 months ago, and have gone from being an"Unclassified" shooter to a "C" class shooter. I'm having so much fun, and I feel like I have so much more to look forward too! Thanks for being a part of my journey.
